It seems as if the good positions are always taken, if any ever existed. That does not mean I am on a constant search more like a steady understanding of knowing I may not get hired. I often complain that nowadays it may take a doctorate to land a line cook job. That is no offense to any chef, I was a cook almost 15 years ago.
My point is to be realistic about what we expect the economy to do. See what it will take to supply jobs and know what it takes to hire.
