Intent paper: Why I pursued a Doctoral program 

At this time, it has become increasingly more difficult for me to find ways to do the things that I have sought to do. A fair way of saying I have not reached my ceiling but could see not escaping as a possibility. Should I feel that my capabilities will net me a job that I am underpaid and can barely pay my bills. Or will my understanding of networks, my drive for success and overall passion relate to strong workmanship. During this paper I will discuss my reason despite some obligatory issues for pursuing doctoral studies. 

My goals for beginning the doctoral program 

The purpose of the studying is to pass the course and those courses are intended to give the information needed to provide the correct knowledge in the workplace. So, in one term the simplest way to explain that question may be to say to increase my pay and have a better job.  

Secondly, I felt that I had years ago I made the commitment to be a lifelong learner. Giving that my former studies landed me a job I want the continuing of my education to increase my acumen and standards.  

Finally stating that my goals have lead me to consider being a teacher. Which is increasingly odd for me because of how I personally feel about certain issues. Does that mean I have a preternatural ability to lead?  

How my intent fits the Learner Practitioner Model (SPL) 

Slide ten of the SPL power point states that the “Leadership informs and is informed by knowledge and experience, i.e.: scholarship and practice”. In my opinion the work force is not quite that way, meaning it does not necessarily create or mold leaders. It instead takes what those that have derived from their lives and education and uses it as it’s resource. 

With that in mind I have developed that through study, education, and practice I can become a valuable asset. A asset that can then lend each of my attributes to transform them into experience or at times leadership qualities. I plan on breaking the mold or expectations and limitations placed on me. By using my education and practice as a consistent driving force. That is how my intent fits the SPL model.  

Conclusion 

Identifying the solution to issues at the workplace or sector. (Conrad K. 2017) asks, “How knowledgeable are you about thinking, issues and conflicts?” In some cases, many of us who lack experience can be overlooked. Which in turn does lead us with more time to ponder the issues that effect the civilizations around us. The solution to the problem may be a new approach. At my job now I feel that much of the politization happens due to those that are used to the control. A leader that can apply knowledge and theory.

I am finished with my Graduate degree now I am hoping to enter into Doctoral college this spring ( I am already enrolled).This was my first website and now I have a radio station connected to it.
