I do not take Black’s or African Americans side in a lot of this. As a victim of racism I know that blacks as well as other guilty parties gain from committing these types of prejudices.

I am finished with my Graduate degree now I am hoping to enter into Doctoral college this fall now after starting and restarting transferring then starting again, but now unsure of my funds.
