I am going to expand and just put my course work on the site. If you got any comments you can drop them and see where they go. This is my first post for this session
I have had many different instances where there was either a rule that was in place or guidelines. Guidelines Which in many situations did not prevent problems from occurring.
Problems that may have disrupted inventories or problems involving scheduling. Even cases that became violent or disruptive in the routine of all of the business’s operations.
From hands on experience, I witnessed the problems that can be associated with mis-schedulig and misallocation of resources. I witnessed the indifference towards knowing how to correctly forecast and the useful placement of promotional items.
From my time on the job it never gave me a chance to utilize my education. Which according to “Periera Class reading” this is not how to properly motivate employees. The job gave No clear line of Managment leading to communication errors. Errors that lead to very high feelings of mistrust and misuse.
To discover the solution and form the correct hypothesis I have decided to use a Scientific method to Identify and solve the problem. My hypothesis has me make the notion that based on my productivity and my designed schedule could help allocate inventory correctly. To form a reasonable solution, I looked over; Morey, R. D., & Rouder, J. N. (2011) and they have stated “ Bayesian statistics is well suited to the task of finding supporting evidence for constraint, because it allows for comparing evidence for 2 hypotheses against each another.” So that allows me to form my second hypothesis that some ordering processes could be automated according to schedule.
So my diagram will be in the form of bullet points in this way
- (1). Form hypothesis one and two, while stating what either could be expected to change.
- (2) use each theories (1,2) works to find the results.
- (3) compare results
- (4) form conclusion
