During my time in graduate school (1) year. During that time I have studied and wondered about different paths my career would head in. There are days that I would feel that things are headed in the right direction and others that I feel that I want to see the light.
Introducing a tool, this tool was not a life changer for me. Is that shocking? It depends upon how you look at it. On one end you are asking me, a person with some limited experiences to take a assessment based on leading. Now even though I may be a strong leader I have not seen the stature associated with it. I have seen however, people becoming terrified with me having any thing, talking to people they could not control, or responsibility. Why use the LCP? To assess your skills and profile you as leaders.
I plan on developing a business profile using the LCP. I want to do this as part of the performance management assessments given to employers and employees. I think we can tailor each one based on the job criteria and employees. My LCP should indicate the need for opportunity.
